1. Ordering products on www.maicopenhagen.com
When you place an order on www.maicopenhagen.com and receive an order confirmation from us, you accept an agreement with:

You accept these terms and conditions and we want you to read them carefully before you order products from us.
Your order is not final until we have accepted your order by sending an order confirmation to you.
You order the desired products by selecting the products and put them in the basket. Once you have selected your items and are ready to place your order, click on "Order" and then you have to enter your name, address, telephone number, email address and any delivery address.
Once you have entered all the required information, you will be asked to confirm your order and at the same time indicate that you agree to our terms and conditions.
You should always review your order before placing it. Before placing your order, you have the ability to edit the information you entered, such as shipping or billing address and credit card details. You can during your order at any time add or remove items from the basket.
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a receipt, which is a reproduction of the order you have just given. 2. Changing or canceling orders
We can help you to change your order, but only if the product / goods are not shipped. If the goods already shipped, you have 14 days to cancel. Read more about withdrawal below.
Without being obliged to pay compensation or otherwise cover your costs, we are entitled to cancel a purchase in the following situations:
• if there has been an inadvertent error on www.maicopenhagen.com such a payment error,
• if your payment details can not be verified or is not correct,
• if we suspect that your order is delivered in bad faith or in relation to illegal activities.
We will try to solve the problem, and we will of course notify you of any cancellation before it takes place. If a cancellation takes place, we will return all possible payments without additional costs for you.
3. Prices
All prices on www.maicopenhagen.com is in Danish krones and including VAT, but excluding delivery costs. All prices are current prices, which are updated regularly. We also also provides other currencies online.
The prices shown on www.maicopenhagen.com force at the time of purchase. We may without notice change our prices, but of course without prejudice orders which we accepted by sending an order confirmation.
4. Payment
In this store you can order your products online and pay with:

When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly installments on the last weekday for three months onwards, beginning from next month. No fees and interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.

5. Delivery
Delivery of goods from Mai Copenhagen considered done when the consumer has received the goods.
Free delivery in Denmark.
Denmark:
All orders in Denmark are shipped with GLS, Bring, DAO or Postnord and are fully insured. Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 working days.
EU countries:
All orders in EU countries are shipped with GLS, DHL, Bring, DAO or Postnord and are fully insured.
Delivery time in EU countries is usually 2-5 working days.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by e-mail which can be used to track your order.
Shipping fee in EU countries depends on the country.
Other countries:
All orders in other countries are shipped with GLS, Postnord, DHL or Bring and are fully insured.
Delivery time in other countries is usually 5-10 working days.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by e-mail which can be used to track your order.
Shipping fee in other countries depends on the country.
Once your order is submitted, you will immediately receive your order confirmation by e-mail. Once we have packed the order and sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
If you want delivered on a specific date, note the date in the comment box in your order.
If the item is out of stock it will take up to 30 working days before the goods will be sent.
6. Returns
Mai Copenhagen offer a 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods. You have 14 days to notify us that you regret your purchase and then you have to send the product back to us.
You are obliged to return the product in the same condition and quantity as received. You as the customer need to pay the costs associated with returning.
When returning, please write your name, address and order number.

Mai Copenhagen refund the purchase price to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that the product is in the same condition. It is important that you include all required information in the return package, order confirmations and copies of correspondence with us.
Remember to send the package as a value package, so you are insured. You can advantageously use our return portal.
7. Complaints
If the goods you have purchased from us, turns out to be defective, you have 2 years warranty. You can complain about a product within 2 years from the date of purchase. Therefore, we recommend that you save the receipt for at least 2 years. When we receive a complaint about a product, we will decide whether the goods to be repaired, exchanged for money or to be repaid. Mai Copenhagen will refund shipping costs that you may have with returning the claim.
If you wish to complain a product, you have to include a description of the error and sent the item in protective packaging.

8. Disputes
Any dispute involving www.maicopenhagen.com and buy in the shop, is governed by Danish law and Danish courts, unless mandatory laws require otherwise.
